1. General Terms

Where bonus abuse is detected, bnb880 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the associated account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotional Calendar

6. Betting Rules

bnb880 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, under the following circumstances: the bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; the event on which the bet was placed is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled beyond the applicable settlement window; the result of the event is subject to an official investigation or subsequent amendment by the governing body; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

6.4 Palpable Errors

Where odds are published in error — including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes, incorrectly labelled markets, or technical glitches — bnb880 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled at the erroneous price. bnb880 will endeavour to identify and correct palpable errors as quickly as possible.

6.5 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by sport, market type, and event significance. bnb880 reserves the right to limit the stake or decline any bet from any player at its sole discretion, including without providing a reason for doing so.

7. User Obligations

By using the bnb880 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform only for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. You further agree to the following obligations:

• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other technical means to access, interact with, or extract data from the platform.
• You will not attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, and will not participate in any form of match fixing or collusion with other players.
• You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any bnb880 software or application.
• You will not transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content via the platform or any related communication channel.
• You will not harass, abuse, threaten, or use offensive language towards bnb880 staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat or email.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures, responsible gaming tools, or account restrictions imposed by bnb880.
• You will notify bnb880 promptly if you become aware of any technical error, security vulnerability, or unintended game behaviour — and will not exploit it for personal gain.

bnb880 reserves the right to monitor player activity for compliance with these obligations. Any player found to be in breach of this section may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all funds subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their bnb880 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bnb880 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bnb880

bnb880 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious activity consistent with bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering is detected.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the player or their payment provider.

Where an account is suspended or closed by bnb880 due to a breach of these Terms, the player may not be entitled to a return of any funds held within the account. bnb880 will communicate the reason for any suspension or closure to the player via their registered email address where it is legally and operationally appropriate to do so.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
